Vilter Compressor Rebuilds for Refrigeration and Gas Compression
We offer level 1, 2 & 3 rebuilds. Level determination will be decided & discussed with the customer after the compressor has been disassembled and inspected.
LEVEL 1 INCLUDES:
- Compressor Disassembled
- Submerged Hot Tank Vat Cleaning Overnight
- All Bolt Holes Cleaned & Tapped
- Compressor Reassembled with the following Components:
- Main Rotor Bearing Replacement
- Gate Rotor Blade & Bearing Replacement
- New Gaskets and O-rings
- New Shaft Seal
- Test Run for 1 Hour
- Paint
- Boxed, Pallet & Shipped
LEVEL 2 INCLUDES:
- Compressor Disassembled
- Submerged Hot Tank Vat Cleaning Overnight
- All Bolt Holes Cleaned & Tapped
- Compressor Reassembled with the following Components:
- Main Rotor Bearing Replacement
- Gate Rotor Blade & Bearing Replacement
- Balance Pistons Replaced
- New Gaskets and O-rings
- New Shaft Seal
- All New Fasteners
- Test Run for 1 Hour
- Paint
- Boxed, Pallet & Shipped
LEVEL 3 INCLUDES:
- Compressor Disassembled
- Submerged Hot Tank Vat Cleaning Overnight
- All Bolt Holes Cleaned & Tapped
- Compressor Reassembled with the following Components:
- Main Rotor Bearing Replacement
- Gate Rotor Blade & Bearing Replacement
- Slide Valve Carriages Replaced
- Balance Pistons Replaced
- New Gaskets and O-rings
- New Shaft Seal
- All New Fasteners
- Test Run for 1 Hour
- Paint
